What is the return policy?

All products that are customised, does not offer return or refund. Non- customised products are returnable if they arrive damaged or if the product was not as shown on website.

How to return:

  1. To apply for return, mail to admin@weawy.in with unboxing video and explanation within 2 days from delivery.
  2. Damaged/ incorrect/ missing products will be exchanged with correct product once applied for return.
  3. For any return, an unboxing video should be uploaded.
  4. Return queries take 1-2 days to get back.
When will I get my order?

We ship on working days and its usually around 6-8 days if your order is made to order. So the order gets made after you place the order and then shipped. Kindly provide us the time for creating a stunning piece just for you.

How to upload the best quality picture for customised products?

For customised products, we ask you to upload pictures. To ensure you upload the right size and quality, follow the instructions below :

For Affinity frames (both variants), the size of the picture you upload should be less than 500mb.


The quality of the picture should be 500px.


Always see the preview section of the product and adjust the cropping with the uploaded picture to check the actual product before you place the order.


Note : The picture you upload would be either trimmed/cropped for fitting into our design template based on your size and quality. This cropping wont be major, just a few inches of the background maybe.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
