How does personalization work?
Pick the piece you want, then upload your photo and tell us what should go on it. A name, a date, a short message.
Nothing is made in advance. We start once your order is confirmed, and one of our artisans makes your piece by hand. We ship it as soon as it is finished.
What can be personalized?
Most of what we make. You can add a name, a photo, a date, or a short handwritten note to:
- Hand-embroidered couple and family portraits
- Wooden and burnt-wood photo frames
- Embroidered name plates
- Wall pieces and keepsakes
Some people order them as a gift. Others make one for their own wall.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Every piece is stitched and put together by hand, so the stitching, the wood grain and the finish vary a little from one piece to the next. Small differences like that are normal in handmade work, not a defect.
The product photos show the design, materials and size you can expect. Your photo and your details are what make your piece different from anyone else's.
What is the return policy?
Most of our products are customized and made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, customized products are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-customized products may be eligible for return or exchange if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- An incorrect item is delivered
- The product materially differs from the description on our website

When will I get my order?
Delivery time depends on the type of product and your location.
Processing Time:
- Customized products: 3–7 business days
- Non-customized products: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time (after dispatch):
- Typically 3–10 business days, depending on your location
Total estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

How to upload the best quality picture for customised products?
For customized products, we request you to upload clear, high-quality images.
To ensure the best results:
- Upload images in good resolution (recommended minimum 500px width)
- Ensure the image is clear and not blurred
- Use the product preview section to adjust cropping before placing the order
Please note: Uploaded images may be slightly adjusted or cropped to fit the design template appropriately.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently offer free shipping within India on all eligible orders.
There are no additional shipping charges unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.
How do I request a return?
To request a return or report an issue:
- Contact us at admin@weawy.in within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID
- Provide clear photos or reasonable documentation of the issue
